Treasurer

The treasurer is responsible for the following:

• Handling and accounting for all finances of the organization.

• Maintaining records of expenditures by committees, as well as record fund distribution information.

• Presenting a budget update at each monthly meeting.

• Preparing and filing the annual tax return and for keeping the certificate of registration and charter up to date with the state.
