Getting to know Mrs. Eaves:

Teaching is something I love - it is great to come to school each day and be energized by the enthusiasm of excited learners. My husband Jim is the principal in East Kingston Elementary. Our older daughter is a teacher too, working in Kensington in a 1st grade classroom as an EA. She is hoping to have her own classroom soon. Eliza, our younger daughter is junior at Johnson and Wales in Providence. She is majoring in Events Management and plans to stay as far away from education as possible.

Learning new things is exciting. I love reading and matching books with readers. I try to make sure I get to the bookstore at least once a week. I enjoy being outside gardening, hiking, canoeing and watching everything around me in nature.
