Getting to know Mrs. Ibey:

I grew up in Bow, NH and I continue to be very close with my family. I attended the University of New Hampshire where I majored in communications and minored in psychology. I continued my education at UNH and received my master's degree in elementary education with a concentration in literacy. I did my internship year right here at North Hampton in first grade with Patti Driscoll. I taught three years at Bow Elementary School.

My husband Ben and I live in Portsmouth and love life on the Seacoast! When I am out of the classroom, I enjoy days at the beach, spending time with friends and family, yoga, and following the Boston Red Sox!

I am thrilled to be back here at North Hampton! This is such a wonderful community to be a part of.
