SAU #21 JOINT BOARD COMMITTEES

 

The SAU #21 Board may establish committees to assist its members in carrying out their duties or to study and make recommendations on issues that may benefit all Districts in the SAU.  Committees may be standing committees (operations), of general interest/benefit to all Districts (transportation) or in response to any other perceived need (SAU dissolution).

 

Any committee established by the Joint Board will have its roles and responsibilities clearly defined by the Joint Board.  Each Board will select a representative and alternate to each committee.  When appropriate, members of the communities who are not elected Board Members may be asked to serve on committees.
