Hampton Falls Building Project
A building committee has been formed for the primary task of successfully completing the Lincoln Akerman building project. The committee will meet on a weekly basis – to administer the project and maintain focus on project deliverables, timeline, benchmarks, and costs. Further, the committee will report on the progress of the project to the school board – and, be responsible for providing information and updates to include on the website, detailing the project progress.
Trident, the Owner’s Project Manager (OPM) will work with Eckman Construction to facilitate the meetings. Trident will lead the collaborative effort to foster cooperation among project team members, manage costs, track budgets with the school district, and review regular billings.
