Ms. Tomasi’s grade 5 class - students were studying the steps of the scientific method.  Students created a question and hypothesis – how can an egg be dropped from a height of 25 feet to the ground safely?  Students sketched, planned and designed egg drop contraptions to test their theories.  The drop was a great success.
