School Website Accessibility
SAU 21 is committed to ensuring accessibility of its website for students, parents, and members of the community with disabilities. All pages on the SAU 21 website will conform to the W3C Web Accessibility Initiative’s (WAI) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, Level AA conformance, or updated equivalents of these guidelines.
To meet this commitment, we are in the process of redesigning our web pages to meet or exceed the Section 504 standards. If you have a disability and the format of any material on our web pages interferes with your ability to access the information, please contact us by email at email@example.com or telephone (603) 926-8992. To enable us to respond in a manner most helpful to you, please indicate the nature of the accessibility problem, the web address of the requested material, your preferred format in which you want to receive the material (electronic format, standard print, large print, etc.) and your contact information.
Formal Grievance Process
Any person who believes that the school district has discriminated against them because of their disability and thus violated Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act and/or Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) may file a grievance. For more information on this topic, please reference the District's Grievance Procedure (Section 504) Policy KED.
