2024-25 Online Registration for New Students
This information is needed only for students that have never registered for any SAU 21
schools before.
Please note, you will need to upload copies of the following documents:
1. Birth certificate
2. Immunization and medical physical records
3. Proof of residency (must have one in each of the three areas)
-- Current NH driver's license with current Hampton Falls address
-- A signed purchase & sales agreement of home/current mortgage statement or a signed lease agreement for rental property for the Hampton Falls address
-- A current electric, gas, landline phone, cable/internet bill with the current Hampton Falls address
Kindergarten students must be 5 years old prior to October 1 of the school year.
It is also helpful for us to have a copy of any custody/court paperwork that we may need to be aware of

Online Registration for Returning Students
This is required annually for students that have been registered at ANY SAU21 K-8 school.
Please log onto the PowerSchool Registration Portal to fill out any returning student forms.
