Dear Parents,
We have enjoyed our first full week of school and are looking forward to another next week! I just have a couple of quick things to inform/remind you of.
From Food Services: The USDA has extended its meal services and now both lunch and a small morning snack will be available to all students for free until 12/31/20. The morning snack will consist of milk,fruit and a muffin or quick bread like banana bread. Sign up for this can be done the same as lunch, in each child's homeroom in the morning. The snack will be eaten at same snack time each teacher has arranged in their schedule. The lunches will remain a grab and go lunch when students are dismissed. Our dismissals and arrivals are much better, thank you! Also, please remember the health check every morning. If we don't receive it we have to call you and keep your child out of class until we receive it.
Please take not that we have a new crosswalk at the red doors. We had this painted so that students can cross over to the buses in the upper parking lot more safely. We will have a sign there soon. Also, two tents are on the way to help us with our outdoor learning spaces. We are looking forward to having those as the weather gets a little colder.
Our students have been fantastic and continue to amaze all of us, thank you!!
