Dear Parents,
LAS is full swing in our first full week of the school year. As a result, we have a lot of tired kiddos today!
I would like to thank our 7th grade teachers for taking the entire class to Merrowvista for the opportunity to build camaraderie as a team that will be with them for two years. Our seventh grade students came back full of enthusiasm and had a lot of fun sharing all of the things they learned and would like to see at LAS. I'm looking forward to making some of their ideas come to life here!
We are looking forward to having you in the building on Curriculum Night on Thursday, September 28th from 6-7:30pm. This is an evening for parents. You will have the opportunity to meet your student's teachers, learn more about curriculum, projects, field trips classroom expectations and communication with staff.
Enjoy a fun weekend and I hope Hurricane Lee stays out of our path!
