Physical and Mental Wellness Value Statement

At SAU21, we prioritize the holistic well-being of our students through a commitment to Physical and Mental Wellness. Empowering them to make informed choices, we focus on long-term wellness strategies, mindful digital interactions, and social-emotional resiliency. Through active listening, empathetic conversations, and diverse social activities, students build meaningful relationships while also developing essential life skills such as self-advocacy and resourcefulness. This integrated approach aims to lay the foundation for both academic success and a healthy, fulfilling future.
